Discipleship in the New Testament: According to the Gospel of Matthew

We start our new sermon series off in the Gospel of Matthew. Matthew was like you and me trying to find our place in this world. He encountered Jesus and his life was forever transformed. What did Matthew see, hear, and experience that transformed his life forever? As a first hand account of walking and serving with Jesus, what would he have us to know as we want to do the same? If God can work and transform Matthew, doesn’t that mean there is hope for us?
