OUR VISION
"LOVE GOD. LOVE PEOPLE. SHARE THE GOSPEL."
City Chapel of Bremerton
Seek to connect people to God and to each other through the gospel of Jesus Christ, worship, fellowship, and community for the benefit of growth and maturity for the believer, salvation for the non-believer, and the betterment of the community and the world.
The Kitsap School of Ministry
There is a great need for Christ-like leaders. The Kitsap School of Ministry program is intended to train Christian leaders through personal discipleship, study, and practical experience. Our desire is to equip believers for the work that God has called them to [Eph. 4:11-13]. Jesus spent time with the disciples and put them in situations where they had to apply what they were learning. The disciples learned from Jesus’ teaching and example, and sought to replicate His ministry as they followed Him. This is our model for ministry.
The program requires one hour of class time per week, one to two hours of lifework [homework] per week, and approximately one to two hours of practical service per week. The school of ministry will provide approximately 20 months of ministry training. Apply today and start your journey in the Kitsap School of Ministry.

Church Planting Residency
Every culture has a compelling narrative, an ideal sense and story of how things should be, an understanding that something is wrong with the picture, and a yearning for things to be made right. We struggle to find a cure, the solution that brings hope of redemption and restoration. The church planting residency is a program that aims to equip perspective church planters with the tools and understanding that seminary and bible college can not provide. A unique opportunity to walk with established churches and church leaders, learning, growing, teaching, sharing, participating, giving, and serving people in a community. From here these missional leaders will spend time in communities where a church will spring from mission. Sharing the hope of Christ with their communities to change their world for good … for eternity.
A part of the Pacific Northwest Church Planting Movement, partnering with Stadia Church Planting, City Chapel of Bremerton is creating a way in Kitsap for a church planting cohort to see autonomous missional, gospel centered, Jesus focused churches come to Kitsap County and beyond.
