Nebuchadnezzar and Belshazzar (or Chad and Shaz to make it easier) were two emperors in one of the most fierce empires that the world has ever seen. With great power comes great responsibility! But sometimes with that much power, it becomes easy to think that you deserve all of the glory. Which leads us to ask: What do I do with my own life? Am I trying to build my own little empire? Am I a glory thief? Do I seek and serve myself at the expense of others? Its something we all do. So how do we avoid it? Repentance. Join us this morning as we learn a lesson about maintaining focus on Jesus in the midst of a culture that tells us that its all about us.
