Longing For A Savior: It Ends With A Feast(Esther 9 — 10)

The book of Esther is filled with ups and downs. Terror and liberation. Death and Celebration. If we’re honest, much of it is hard to stomach. However, in the end we find the people of God finally at peace. Able to rejoice and feast in their newfound security; but this has not come without much bloodshed and heartache. As we close out the book of Esther this morning, we see how God uses a small and exiled people in order to bring about his ultimate plan of Salvation for the world so that all might be welcome to come and feast with the Lord.
