POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Youth Pastor/Director to lead our middle and high school ministry. The ideal candidate will have a heart for youth ministry and a desire to help students know, grow, and flourish in their relationship with Jesus Christ.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Active, growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ
- Valid Washington State driver's license
- Must pass a nationwide background check
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience working with middle and high school students
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with youth and their families

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous youth ministry experience
- Commitment to ongoing theological education

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement engaging youth ministry programs
- Mentor and disciple students in their faith journey
- Build relationships with parents and families
- Collaborate with church leadership and volunteer teams
- Create safe, inclusive environments for spiritual growth
- Plan and lead youth events, activities, and mission opportunities
